Your donation can go further – at no extra cost.
Firstly, we would like to say thank you.
Thank you for helping us transform the lives of women and children in some of the world’s poorest communities.
Today, your generosity can go even further.
If you have donated €250 or more in one year, your signature is worth – at a minimum – an extra €112. This is of no additional cost to you, but it can make a huge difference to the communities we support.
Please download the ActionAid tax reclaim form today. It is simple and easy – all you need is your PPS number and signature.
You can return the form by FREEPOST to: ActionAid Ireland, 172 Ivy Exchange, Granby Place, FREEPOST F4964, Parnell Square, Dublin 1, D01 V125.
What do I need to do?
Download the ActionAid tax-back form today, fill in your PPS number, the first year that you donated €250 since 2015, and your signature. Then, send it back to us as soon as you can.
How does it work?
If you have donated €250 or more in one year, ActionAid can receive 45% extra from your donation after you fill out the form. This is of no extra cost to you.
Where can I find my PPS number?
PPS numbers are on payslips, P60 forms, on the bottom left corner on the back of your Public Services Card and on many documents issued by the Revenue Commissioners or the Department of Social Protection.
Do all taxpayers qualify?
Yes, all income taxpayers qualify for the scheme, whether they are PAYE or self-assessed.
I already filled out a CHY3 form in 2013/2014. Why are you contacting me?
CHY3 forms expire every five years. In 2019, we will be asking those who kindly filled out a form in 2013/2014 to renew them. It will only take a few minutes and the form will last until 2022/2023.
How can I receive more information?

You can also visit www.thegoodform.ie/for-donors/ to find out more about this fantastic scheme.
By simply signing your tax back form, you will help us reach more families like Everline’s. Everline (pictured above with her daughter Mercy 1), 25, from Kenya was in a violent relationship. She left her husband and is now part of an ActionAid savings and loans group. She is building a small home for her two young children with the money that she has saved.
When you return the signed form to ActionAid, we forward the donation amount for the tax year(s) along with your PPS number to the Revenue Commissioners. We store The Good Form information securely only for the purpose of obtaining tax rebates.
Revenue pays the tax relief to ActionAid when satisfied that you have paid at least the donation amount in income tax. ActionAid does not receive any information on individual taxpayers.
