What is Behaviour Change?

Four years ago, we pioneered a new programme using the Behaviour Change approach.

Originally developed by University College London, this approach looks at changing deeply ingrained behaviours.

Typically used in the health sector, we are implementing this approach to tackle deep-rooted issues like FGM and child marriage in Kenya, Nepal and Ethiopia.

This programme has been so successful that we have developed a manual so other NGOs can implement it.

Event:

We are so excited to be hosting Yusef Abdi, ActionAid Kenya Regional Coordinator. Yusef is experienced in implementing the Behaviour Change model in Kenya and will share with us some examples.

Please join us to learn more about this innovative programme, meet ActionAid staff from Ireland and Kenya, and learn more about creating long-term change.

We believe that this approach is going to have a long-lasting impact around the globe, and are so excited to share it with our supporters.
