ActionAid Ireland will again open its Dublin City office on Culture Night on Friday 20th September.

Live Performance

On the night, Rhythm Africana will perform live in the office at 6.30pm and 7.30pm, bringing a variety of traditional songs from all over Africa. Rhythm Africana is a high energy band led by Justine Nantale. Justine is passionate about using music as a tool for development.

Culture Night Exhibition

In addition, we will display a small exhibition, showcasing ActionAid’s Irish Aid funded programme. The programme challenges harmful cultural practices through an innovative behaviour change approach.

Plus, we’ll share information on our new campaign to end violence and harassment in the world of work. And you can find out how to get involved.

Staff will also be available throughout the evening to discuss our work and ActionAid’s unique approach to development. On the night, finger food will also be served on the night, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where to Find Us

The event is free and open to all of our supporters and friends, and so if you would like to RSVP you can do so here. The office, located here, will be open from 6pm to 8pm.
