Over 132,000 people have been affected by the recent devastating violence in Gaza.
The humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip continues to deteriorate. More than 200 Palestinians in Gaza have been killed by Israeli forces since the end of March.
The recent cuts to humanitarian funds have added to the pressure on the people of Gaza as two thirds of the 2 million Gaza population are refugees, supported, one way or another, by this help. Thousands of people are in desperate need of food, clean water and sanitation.
Gaza’s water and sanitation facilities have a near zero stock of emergency fuel, while public hospitals currently have only enough fuel to maintain essential services for a few more weeks, on average, with some facilities facing even greater risks.
